I love this app. I used it constantly and had tons of information on it. The most recent update deleted EVERYTHING I had put in the app. =(

I paid for this app and rely on it for my passwords.. I cant even access it

Recent update wipes out your current note lists !!! When I removed App, reinstalled….retyped all my tabs/notes….they suddenly disappeared !!??? I even made sure my iPhone was fully updated in case that was the problem. This is the second time this type of event happened with Tap Factory Notes . I wrote to them three times in the App…..no response. Not worth the gamble.

Touch ID doesnt recognize my fingerprint today so now I cant access my notes! I dont know how to get in touch with the people behind this app other than with Facebook and Im still waiting for them to help me resolve this. I am so worried that my notes might be deleted too! Why cant someone email me and help me with this!?! This is just awful.... So much for relying on this app! I need my notes!!

Lost all my tabs and many notes. Just a mess. Have been using this app over a year and a half- lost a lot of info. Will have to find a more reliable app.

After the update, it erased everything. But somehow one tab popped back up out of 4. I had a password for this specific tab. I had no issues accessing this BEFORE the update. AFTER the update, it wont even let me type my password. Touch ID keeps popping up and no matter how many times I scan my finger, it doesnt let me look at the tab. Eventually, after 10x of f-ing up, it crashes. I paid for this app and I want my money back.

This is the 2nd!!! time in 45 days that the app has frozen and not accepted / acknowledged my fingerprint and neither allowed me to enter my password. I have had to delete and re-install the app to break the cycle, and in so doing have lost ALL OF MY NOTES. SHAME on Notefuly!!!

I do love the simplicity of the app the functionality could stand some improvements and you give a nice variety of font options only problem is when you want to share a beautiful note with that perfect font once you send it in an email it reverts back to a very plain why ?

Recent update ruined the app. Erased almost all of my notes. Lots of important info gone. Only thing app needed to do was keep your notes, and it didnt. Major Fail. They keep putting out nothing updates, most likely to get rid of lots of negative reviews.

Went to open my notes and all of them are missing. Sent a message to app creator and have not heard back. Thanks for the great support! Update: I had my elderly mother buy this app to keep her usernames and passwords. They are gone as well. Great job!

Ive been a faithful Notefuly user for several years now. Unfortunately, I just went to check out a page I dont update that often, & low & behold, it & another page are gone. Only my main page remained. To reiterate what another commenter stated, you guys had one job. I now have to figure out how/if I can recoup my lost information. Update: I sent the following email to the company 5 days ago, & have yet to receive a response: I am a longtime, faithful Notefuly user. Unfortunately, I just discovered that 2 of my 3 pages have been deleted (Im assuming due to your last update). This is very distressing - even more so since I assume that youre aware of this issue as I doubt Im the only affected party, yet no notice was sent out via the app. Is there any way that those pages can be recovered? Thank you in advance for your prompt reply.

Do not update. Erased tons of important information. Imposed its own tabs. Absolutely disastrous. Pied piper tres comas disaster.

The app was working fine until iOS 8!!! All my stuff is somewhere I cant sync it. Difficult to get any app support!!! Fix it and I may consider adding two stars to this review Update: half of my stuff was recovered but then the Touch ID disaster in July happened. Im sure almost every person with Touch ID had problems and it took them weeks to remove it. They had a good thing going keeping it simple. Absolutely no app support. None!!!!

This app started out great, well over a year ago, but now there is zero support. I cant even get a password reset. Dont use, there are better!
